Registration Information

The Baby Shower is for pregnant mothers and mothers with infants from 0-3 months, who reside in Seminole County. This is an opportunity to educate women and families about the importance of healthy pregnancies, the baby’s developmental stages, and infant safety. This educational outreach event also gives families the chance to learn about the many resources available in Seminole County


Registration Requirements to include but not limited to:

  • Pregnant Women or Mothers with a newborn up to 3 months old that reside in Seminole County.
  • Seminole County Proof of Residency: Copy of Lease, Utility Bill, Photo ID with Current Picture or Voter’s Registration Card
  • Proof of Pregnancy: Dated Ultrasound, Medical Provider Confirmation or Birth Certificate (0-3 months-baby is born ON or AFTER January 17th, 2026)
